If you encounter any issues with size, quality, or receive a damaged item, we are here to ensure a seamless return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Time Frame: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  2. Condition of Item: The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.

Issues Covered:

  • Size: If the garment doesn't fit as expected, we offer a hassle-free exchange for the right size or a full refund.
  • Quality: We pride ourselves on the high quality of our maternity wear. However, if you find the product to be below your expectations in terms of material or craftsmanship, we are committed to making it right.
  • Damage: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or torn piece, we will expedite the process to replace the item or issue a refund, as per your preference.

Process for Returns:

  2. Return Approval: Our team will review your return request and, upon approval, provide instructions on how to send the item back to us.
  3. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
